The course will commence with blocks and restraints with some take-downs

and will conclude with some groundwork concluding at approximately 5pm.

 
The cost is still only an incredible £12 per person (£30 for families)

This is the first, and maybe the best course of the year, don’t miss it!

Gis will be worn & remember your licence for stamping.
