Saturday 6th July saw the third of this years CFTS courses, a kata course under the tutelage of Sensei Paul Raymond from ESKA. Sensei Raymond has decades of karate and kata experience, one recent triumph being placed 3rd in the World Kata Championships.
The course was enlightening and enjoyable for all the age groups and the course was well attended.
The focus of the course for all was Chinte and associated bunkai and finished with an hour for 1st Kyus and above in Tekki Sandan with bunkai.
